Remote access

The teleservice enables the supplier of electric equipment to provide a quick technical support to a manufacturing firm (customer). This mainly includes the teleservice of PLC and HMI, which enables telemonitoring (using modems, GPRS or internet) the actitivities on the customer´s site, modification of the whole customer´s application or transferring data towards or from the customer. In this way it is possible to support more and more the continuity and flexibility of production, and to reduce shutdowns, if any, to a minimum.

Process Equipment Telemonitoring
In the applications, when the equipment is connected to the internet network, it is possible – after having entered an appropriate password for logging on the given application – to carry out e. g. remote PLC monitoring (PLC–operated equipment) from office, home or holiday.

Machines, equipment as well as technological entities can be evaluated by means of automated data collection, their storage in a central database and display, e. g. by means of tables, graphs or visualization screens.
