Designing

To provide the highest level of development and designing works, our engineers utilize the most widely used design systems CAD/CAE and other supporting software, for example from the field of dimensioning and standardization. Out staff of engineers combine their knowledge and skills to build the customized projects, and to promptly respond to next customer´s requirements or changes accordingly. For all our shop orders to be executed, we provide complete project documentation in the required language version and in compliance with ČSN, DIN, IEC or national standards being in force in the country where the equipment is to be delivered. Project documentation also includes the equipment description, the maintenance manual and detailed operating manual in the required language version.

We design and build both electrical equipment for new machines or equipment complexes, and electrical equipment for the old ones being reconditioned. Our aim is to satisfy the customer´s requirements. We always try to design the equipment so that it is effective, user-friendly and have minimum costs of operation and service. Among others we are able to meet the customer´s requirements concerning the teleservice of delivered equipment using a modem and a telephone, or the telemonitoring and display of the selected part of the technology on web sites.

In realization of individual products we cooperate with the customer to satisfy all his requirements (additional as well) at favourable price levels.

Our engineers always prepare the designs within the scope as requested by customer. The standard design includes the following:
– Power-related part design
– Control  information system design
– Instrumentation  control design

If required, the design can be worked out as partial one to supplement the design ensured by the customer.
Complete documentation is prepared for each design. As for more complicated equipment, the documentation includes the following:
Drawing part
1. Initial sheet (s) of the design
2. List of the documentation
3. Power circuits  control system single-line diagram
4. Group-ranged wiring diagram including the interface, e.g. to existing equipment
5. External connection layout
6. Wiring diagram of external connections. If cables interconnected, a cable list is required besides.
7. Wiring diagram of connectors
8. Instrument layout in the switchboard
9. Internal  external connection instrumentation
10. Switchboard controls
11. Panel controls
12. Labels
13. Conductor rating, if not mentioned in diagrams
14. Equipment test plan (it can be part of the system analysis)
15. Signal sheet – HW-SW interface (SW address allocation to individual I/O´s of the control system etc.)
16. PLC program listing including detail commentaries (CD, DVD)
17. Visualization screen files (HMI, SCADA), (CD, DVD)
18. Configuration / parametric drive programming archive disk (CD, DVD)

1. System analysis when using control system (it can be part of the Instructions for use)
