Manufacturing

According to the project documentation prepared by our designing department or according to the customer-furnished documentation we manufacture complete switchboards, switchbays, control desks, distribution boards and other necessary equipment. It is a matter of course that the instruments, cables, conductors etc. are provided with clear marking. Components from the leading renowned companies are used for manufacturing. Our staff of skilled engineers are available to carry out assembling in a well-furnished assembly shop in order to guarantee the highest quality both from a material viewpoint and from a shop-processing viewpoint.

Putting the equipment into operation

We will carry out full putting into operation and function testing of the electric equipment delivered. Putting into operation includes, as a standard, the following activities:
– Check of the finished assembly
– Process signal activation
– Calibration and set-up of sensors
– Activation of control systems  all function groups
– Function tests
– Integration tests
– Operation testing
– Trial operation (in the extent acc. to specific requirements)
– Operating and maintenance staff training
