Customer technical support service

1) For products within the warranty period, this technical support is agreed individually according to the extent of production or according to the customer´s requirement. It is also possible to provide a twenty-four-hour technical support, e.g. at the start of production. Telephone and email contacts are available for each project separately.

2) For products beyond the warranty period and/or for other technical support, the appropriate staffs are available from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (CET) on weekdays:
